We are looking for a proactive IT Business Development Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, lead generation, client acquisition, and field sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through cold calling, online research, references, and field visits.

* Identify and approach potential clients for IT products/services.

* Conduct field sales and client meetings to understand requirements and pitch solutions.

* Develop and maintain robust client relationships.

* Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

* Prepare quotations/proposals and coordinate with the internal team for closures.

* Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

* Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong lead-generation and client-acquisition skills.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
