About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional from a consulting background who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across leadership, mid-level, and junior-level roles for multiple clients across diverse industries. The role requires robust stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for client mandates
- Handle Leadership hiring, Mid-level hiring, and Junior-level hiring across industries
- Understand client requirements, prepare detailed job descriptions, and search strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, headhunting, and networking
- Conduct initial screening, competency-based interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Provide regular status updates to clients on open positions
- Negotiate compensation and close positions within defined timelines
- Maintain recruitment trackers, database, and documentation
- Ensure quality hiring and strong candidate experience
