Roles & Responsibilities
- Coach RTEs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, teams & leaders
• Lead/co-lead enterprise Agile & SAFe transformations
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate ART Launch, PI Planning, I&A; and SAFe workshops
• Identify, analyze and map value streams
• Drive Kaizens and delivery efficiency improvements
• Establish Lean Portfolio Management practices
• Align organizational goals/OKRs with Portfolio, ART & Team execution
• Build Agile mindset, culture and Communities of Practice
• Drive DevOps and continuous delivery practices
• Manage stakeholders, governance, change and benefits realization
Preferred: Automotive / Auto-ancillary industry experience
