Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references and consultants.
* Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups and joining.
* Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate pipeline.
* Support onboarding and build a strong talent pool.
Requirements
* Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
* Robust experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.
* Excellent communication, sourcing and negotiation skills.
* Manufacturing/industrial recruitment experience preferred.
