Role & responsibilities

Candidates must have excellent communication skills and ability to work 24*7 shifts,

Handle calls from Customers over the globe US/UK/UAE/ etc and resolve their queries and concerns.

Candidates with positive presence of mind and strong verbal communication are preferred

Candidates with basic Technical knowledge can apply for Semi Technical process

Undergraduate / Graduate Freshers / Experienced candidates with excellent communication skills may apply,

Salary 19-33k in hand, Decent hike on last drawn salary depending on rounds of interviews

Lucrative Incentives plus monthly variable of 2500 - 3500

5 days working 2 rotational week off

Rotational shifts with both side cabs
