Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to joining.

Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience and job requirements.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.

Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.





Manage multiple IT requirements and maintain the recruitment pipeline.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

Ensure timely closures and achieve assigned recruitment targets.

Required Skills:

2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Good understanding of IT roles, technologies and technical profiles.

Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-oriented environment.Role & responsibilities
