Job Title: AI-First Graphic Designer

Your Role

You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across digital, social media, marketing, presentations, and other business requirements.

The key requirement for this role is the ability to use AI throughout the design process from initial ideation and concept development through generation, editing, refinement, and final production.

We are looking for someone who combines strong traditional design fundamentals with modern AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphics and visual assets from concept to final output.
- Use AI for ideation, visual exploration, concept generation, image creation, editing, refinement, and production.
- Develop designs for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and other digital requirements.
- Use tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant AI-powered design tools.




- Translate briefs and ideas into polished, visually compelling designs.
- Develop multiple creative directions quickly and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

- Should have previously managed a team of at least 2 people reporting directly to them.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Strong hands-on experience with Canva and Figma.
- Good working knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design software.
- Demonstrated experience using AI as a meaningful part of the design workflow.

Qualifications & Mindset

- AI-first mindset with a genuine interest in how AI is changing the design process.
- Strong creative judgment able to distinguish between something that is simply AI-generated and something that is actually good design.
- Comfortable experimenting with new tools and workflows.

We are not looking for someone simply because they know how to use ChatGPT or an AI image-generation tool.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a real end-to-end AI-assisted design workflow, including how they go from a brief or idea to a finished, professional-quality design.

Candidates should be prepared to share examples of work where AI was meaningfully used during the design process.
