Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage gym operations, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement effective fitness programs for clients.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment to prevent accidents.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and sales data.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client complaints promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in a similar role within the fitness industry (gym management).
- Robust knowledge of exercise science principles and techniques.
