- Oversee and manage 12-15 stores within the assigned territory.
- Drive year-on-year sales growth and ensure overall store profitability.
- Provide ongoing training and development to store teams.
- Manage recruitment for store-level team positions.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to SOPs across all stores.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory, approximately 1215 days per month.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Manager, managing at least 710 COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) stores.
- Solid analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (12–15 days per month).
- Graduate degree or MBA required.
