Role & responsibilities

- Operational functions related to overdue, stress, NPA classification, claim eligibility, and recovery-related compliance, including review of actions initiated by team.
- Ensuring compliance with CKYC, CERSAI, and CIC reporting requirements, including data accuracy, timely submissions, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines and standards to avoid rejections/penalties in CKYC, CERSAI filings and credit bureau submissions.
- Coordinating with business, credit, legal, recovery, accounts, and other internal verticals in matters relating to guarantee-covered and compliance-sensitive accounts.
- Overseeing processes relating to recall, legal action, OTS, write-off, and recovery follow-up, ensuring alignment with policy and applicable scheme/regulatory guidelines.
- Reviewing and validating MIS, documentation, audit trail, and reporting for internal review and external/regulatory compliance.
- Ensuring adherence to timelines and documentation standards for preservation of guarantee cover, claim eligibility, and regulatory compliance.
- Handling and responding to queries/observations from internal audit, statutory audit, regulators, scheme administrators, and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying systemic gaps and leading process digitisation initiatives in coordination with IT teams, including preparation and review of BRDs, defining functional requirements, participating in UAT, and ensuring seamless integration into LOS/LMS and other systems.
- Supervising team members, allocating work, reviewing outputs,



and ensuring capacity building in operational and compliance functions.
- Ensuring adherence to NABKISAN Credit Policy, RBI/NABARD guidelines, and internal SOPs.
- Coordination with business units and other internal teams for smooth functioning of operations.
- Any other work assigned by the competent authority.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduation Degree in Agriculture & AgriAllied / Agricultural Marketing / Agriculture Business Management / BBA
- Full-Time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Agriculture & AgriAllied / Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation / Agriculture Business Management / Rural Management / MBA Agri-Business.

Experience:

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Agri and Rural Finance, preferably in BFSI, FPOs, Agriculture, or allied sectors.
- Experience in handling/reviewing operational processes, regulatory compliance (CKYC/CERSAI/CIC), and team supervision will be preferred.

Other Criteria:

- Maximum age limit is 35 years as on date of application.
- Proficiency in using tools such as MS Office and other computer-related functions for day-to-day functioning
- Solid understanding of operational processes, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Place of Posting:

- The place of posting for the present will be Chennai
- However, depending on administrative requirement of NABKISAN, candidate may be placed anywhere in the country in future.
