We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect/R&D; Manager with 12+ years of experience in Java, Oracle, and
enterprise software development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in R&D; initiatives, AI-driven
projects, and insurance domain solutions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management
skills, and the ability to guide high-performing teams while delivering innovative technical solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage R&D; and technical initiatives with a focus on Java, Oracle, and AI technologies within the
insurance domain.

Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures, incorporating microservices, cloud
technologies, and up-to-date frameworks.

Drive end-to-end DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and automation.




Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices, STIG, and security standards.
Mentor and guide developers, fostering team collaboration, skill development, and high performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stakeholders to define technical strategies/project roadmaps.
Participate in client interactions, solution design discussions, and project status reporting.
Develop documentation for architecture, design patterns, and quality standards.
Implement robust security practices, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
