Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc), employee referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies. Manage job postings on recruitment platforms and job portals. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and managers, ensuring a smooth process. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and documentation. Recruitment database with accurate candidate records. Coordinate pre-employment formalities such as background verification and reference checks. Support smooth onboarding and introduction of recent hires. Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio. Assist in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and job fairs as required. Ability to manage multiple open positions and work within defined timelines. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Pay: ₹9,461.67 - ₹30,846.47 per month
