We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of our Palavakkam, ECR store, ensuring smooth sales, customer service and store operations.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, opening and closing.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage billing, cash/UPI/card transactions and daily collections.
- Monitor stock, product displays and store cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for stock requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain daily sales, stock and staff reports.
- Ensure store SOPs and company policies are followed.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-3 years of experience in retail/store management.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid sales and team-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of billing, inventory and Excel.
- Responsible, proactive and well-organised.
- Ability to independently manage the store and team.
