Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in cost audits, intercompany accounting, and other financial analysis tasks.
- Conduct data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis using advanced Excel skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Develop solid understanding of company's business operations through process knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in Cost Management or related field (CMA Fresher/ICWA Inter).
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills with expertise in pivot tables, macros, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP formulas.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
