Job Description AR Caller

Position: AR Caller / Senior AR Caller
Location: Chennai
Process: US Healthcare – Voice Process / Denials / physician or hospital billing Mandatory
Experience: 1–4 Years
Salary: 40k Max based on exp
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle AR calling and follow up with US insurance companies on outstanding claims.
- Work on denied, rejected, underpaid and unpaid claims.
- Perform end-to-end denial management and claim follow-up.
- Check claim status through payer portals, IVR and calls.
- Analyze EOB/ERA and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and claim notes.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
- Experience in Physician Billing (PB) / Hospital Billing (HB) preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Denial Management and Insurance Follow-up.
- Good verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- PF account is mandatory.
- Candidates from non-healthcare domains and freshers are not eligible.
