- Experience in IAM, identity governance and process/business analysis.
- Understanding of access governance, role management, certifications and SoD concepts.
- Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID or similar.
- Solid analytical skills and experience working with data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Experience with SQL and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel); Python knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with role mining, application onboarding and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills.
