Roles and Responsibilities :
Knowledge on GDC die casting
Consistently achieve P,Q,C,D, M & S targets on an hourly basis in his respective zone
Review and counsel workmen on Attendance & efficiency
Audit deployment of workmen and organize resources
Carryout cell audit on adherence to standards / SDCA of part and process
Identify the interuptions in operations and make contingency plan
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in HPDC/LPDC production engineering or a related field.
- Robust understanding of die casting techniques, including HPDC/LPDC processes.
- Experience working with various types of metals such as aluminum, copper, zinc etc.
