Role & responsibilities
A Drug Safety Associate to support drug safety operations by processing adverse event cases and
ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, triage and process adverse event/drug safety reports
Perform case data entry, narrative writing and quality review
Coordinate with pharmacovigilance physicians for case assessment
Track case processing timelines to meet regulatory reporting deadlines
Support preparation of aggregate/periodic safety reports
Maintain drug safety databases with accuracy and compliance
Stay updated on GVP and other pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements
Preferred candidate profile
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and documentation discipline
Willingness to learn and work in a regulated, compliance-driven environment
