JOB SUMMARY

A reputed company in Mal, Maldives is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store and warehouse operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for inventory control, stock management, team supervision, material coordination, record keeping, and ensuring efficient and accurate store operations in accordance with company procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and supervise day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Lead and supervise store assistants, allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain incoming materials and stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, security, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain systematic documentation of stock movements, receipts, and issues.
- Prepare inventory, stock, and sales reports using MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, project teams, accounts, and management regarding material requirements.
- Ensure materials are available as required and avoid unnecessary stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Implement proper inventory control procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor slow-moving, damaged,



or obsolete stock and report the same to management.
- Ensure the store and warehouse are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Follow company policies, inventory procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Report stock discrepancies, operational issues, and other concerns to management.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by management.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma or Degree in Store Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in store or warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate stock and inventory reports.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational requirements.
- Detail-oriented with solid numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Passport-ready candidates will be preferred for immediate processing.
