Career Development Officer (CDO)

We are looking for a driven and energetic Career Development Officer (CDO) to manage student outreach, institutional relationships, lead generation, and admissions across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel within the assigned territory and build relationships with schools, colleges, Principals, Professors, and Career Counsellors.
- Organize and deliver engaging career seminars and presentations for 50100+ students.
- Coordinate with institutions to secure seminar opportunities and student participation.
- Execute offline marketing and outreach campaigns to generate student leads.
- Follow up with leads through calls and other channels and convert prospects into confirmed admissions.
- Support marketing and admissions initiatives to achieve outreach and conversion targets.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and accurate lead records.

Requirements

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Education Sales, Field Sales, Admissions, Business Development, or Student Outreach preferred.
- Comfortable with extensive travel.
- Solid follow-up, time management, and target-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA/M.Com in Business or Commerce is an added advantage.
