JOB SUMMARY

A reputed restaurant in Mal / Hulhumal, Maldives is looking for experienced Baristas to join its team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, bubble milk tea, fruit teas, and other specialty beverages while maintaining excellent hygiene, beverage consistency, and customer service standards.

Hands-on experience in Bubble Milk Tea preparation is mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages.
- Prepare bubble milk tea, fruit teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other beverage preparation equipment.
- Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
- Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and preparation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf, counter, equipment, and work area.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide professional and friendly service.
- Handle customer requests and respond to basic queries regarding beverages.




- Monitor stock levels of coffee, tea, syrups, toppings, milk, and other ingredients.
- Inform the supervisor about low stock, damaged items, or equipment issues.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operating procedures.
- Support other caf/restaurant operations as assigned by management.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

- Male candidates only.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Barista or Bubble Tea Maker.
- Hands-on experience in Bubble Milk Tea preparation is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of coffee and specialty beverage preparation.
- Experience operating espresso machines and related beverage equipment.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant/caf environment.
- Candidates must submit a work video for skill verification.
- Passport-ready candidates will be preferred for immediate processing.
