We have the following opening for our client, a leading retail fashion brand requires for its Retail stores,

Area Retail Manager

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Area Manager, managing at least 7-10 COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) stores.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (12-15 days per month).

Experience: Min 2-3 years as an Area Sales / Retail Manager in the Apparel, Footwear, or Spectacles industry

Role Overview:

The Area Retail Manager will oversee 1215 stores within the assigned territory, with responsibility for driving

year-on-year growth, ensuring store profitability, delivering team training, managing recruitment for store teams, and closely monitoring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities





- Oversee and manage 12-15 stores within the assigned territory.
- Drive year-on-year sales growth and ensure overall store profitability.
- Provide ongoing training and development to store teams.
- Manage recruitment for store-level team positions.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to SOPs across all stores.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory, approximately 1215 days per month.
- Train and motivate teams to achieve business targets.
