Key Skills & Responsibilities
Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools such as FIS IntelliMatch, DUCO, Recon Frontier, AutoRek, or Gresham CTC.
Strong understanding of Reconciliation Domain Concepts, including various vanilla reconciliations, Break Management, and Exception Management
Experience in Reconciliation Development, preferably with IMatch.
Strong SQL development skills with SQL Server and/or Oracle, including:
Complex Queries and Joins
DDL/DML
Stored Procedures
Positive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management processes.
Experience with job scheduling tools such as AutoSys or Control-M.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, code packaging, and release management.
Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex reconciliation issues.
Work independently across the complete delivery lifecycle with minimal supervision.
Coordinate with business, operations, testing, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and system stability.
