Role Details
:
- Role: Technical Support (International Voice)
- Shift: Night Shift
- Transportation: Cab facility is available
- 1 to 2 Years Experience: 4.10 LPA to 4.78 LPA (Maximum)
- 2+ Years Experience: 4.75 LPA to 5.50 LPA (Maximum)
Core Job Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Focus heavily on achieving First Contact Resolution (FCR).
- Stay updated on newly released products and recent technical updates.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, qualified environment.
- Sales Component: Position, pitch, and sell Premium Support Contracts to customers based on their technical needs and support entitlement.
