Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify current business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in branch banking, preferably in home loan sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of home loans, personal loans, credit cards, insurance products, etc. .
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.
