Role & responsibilities

- Lead the End-to-End recruitment process for BPO/Call Center positions.
- Manage Bulk Hiring for voice processes.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage and achieve Daily/Weekly/Monthly Hiring targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the recruitment team.
- Conduct and coordinate candidate screening, interviews, selection, and offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Management teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Monitor recruitment MIS, interview ratios, selection ratios, joining ratios, and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Identify challenges in the hiring process and implement effective solutions.
- Drive recruitment campaigns, Walk-in Drives, referral programs, and other hiring initiatives.




- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Recruitment and End to End HR Activities preferably in BPO/Call Center.
- Strong experience in Bulk/BPO hiring is mandatory.
- Experience in managing a recruitment team is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of job portals and various sourcing channels.
- Proven ability to achieve high-volume recruitment targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
