- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for current products as per development requirements.
- Conduct formulation trials for tablets, capsules, dry/wet granules and other oral solid dosage forms.
- Select suitable APIs, excipients and packaging materials based on product requirements.
- Perform formulation trials, process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain BMR/BPR, formulation development reports and trial records.
- Conduct compatibility studies, pre-formulation studies and support stability studies.
- Coordinate with Analytical R&D;, QA, QC and Production teams for formulation development and scale-up.
- Support technology transfer and scale-up from laboratory to pilot/commercial batches.
