Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre setting.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi language (spoken).
- Ability to work on domestic voice processes such as inbound calls, outbound sales, telemarketing etc.
