- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone calls, emails, or chats in a timely and skilled manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
- Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in an International BPO environment or similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken) with ability to understand diverse accents.
- Freshers can apply; no prior work experience required but willingness to learn is essential.
