Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver technical training programs for clients on AIML, data science, data engineering, automation, cloud technologies.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to identify talent gaps and develop customized solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content for various audiences (technical/non-technical).
- Develop assessment tools and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in talent development specialist role or related field.
- Solid understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) concepts.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs using various formats (classroom-based/online).
- Proven track record in facilitating group discussions/workshops/presentations effectively.
