Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced nursing professional to take responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day activities of a hospital unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the daily work of the team.
- Organize staff duties and shift activities.
- Support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital teams.
- Maintain necessary department records.
- Monitor routine work activities.
- Ensure required supplies are available.
- Guide and support team members.
- Assist with staff orientation and training.
- Report routine operational matters to the management team.

Preferred Profile

- Nursing qualification.
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in a hospital environment preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to guide and manage a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,655.11 per month
