Paperloft Design Institute is an industry-focused interior design institute committed to preparing students with practical skills and real-world exposure. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Academic Counsellor who can guide aspiring students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online meetings.

* Understand students’ career aspirations and recommend suitable courses.

* Explain course curriculum, fees, career opportunities, and admission process.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions.

* Achieve monthly admission targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.

* Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.

* Represent Paperloft Design Institute professionally at education fairs and promotional events when required.

Requirements





* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

* 1–4 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, inside sales, EdTech, or education sales.

* Freshers with outstanding communication and sales skills may also apply.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Solid sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.

* Proficiency in English and Hindi (Kannada is an added advantage).

* Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
