Position: Dispatch Executive / Supervisor
Department: Dispatch
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 + OT

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Coordinate with Customers, Production, and PPC to achieve daily customer requirements and dispatch schedules.
- Monitor Schedule vs. Supply and ensure timely dispatch as per customer requirements.
- Plan and manage daily dispatch activities and shipment schedules.
- Handle logistics and transportation for smooth and timely delivery.
- Manage and coordinate packing workers for dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed.
- Monitor and maintain dispatch inventory and stock availability.
- Ensure proper packing, documentation, loading, and dispatch of material.




- Coordinate with Production and PPC to ensure material availability as per dispatch schedule.
- Track pending dispatches and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Maintain dispatch-related records, reports, and documentation.
- Use computer systems for inventory, dispatch planning, reporting, and documentation.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of Dispatch & Logistics Management.
- Good experience in Customer, Production & PPC Coordination.
- Knowledge of Schedule vs. Supply monitoring.
- Experience in Packing Worker Handling and Dispatch Management.
- Good knowledge of FIFO and Inventory Management.
- Valuable Computer Skills, including MS Excel and ERP/software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
