Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OSS/NMS Solution Architect with robust expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS, Network Management Systems (NMS), Service Assurance, Inventory Management, Service Fulfillment, and OSS Integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing telecom OSS solutions, integrating multiple NMS/EMS platforms, defining solution architectures, and supporting large-scale transport, microwave, and IP/MPLS networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end OSS/NMS architecture and integration solutions.
- Prepare and review HLDs, LLDs, solution documents, and technical specifications.
- Lead OSS/BSS transformation, integration, and modernization initiatives.
- Drive NMS-to-OSS inventory federation and service assurance implementations.
- Design and validate REST APIs, NBI/SBI integrations, and data flows.
- Work closely with telecom operators, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Support Inventory Management, Fault Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, and Service Fulfillment modules.
- Lead solution design workshops and requirement analysis sessions.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Identify automation opportunities across network operations and OSS workflows.
- Support network monitoring, KPI dashboards, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.

- 10-20 years of experience in Telecom OSS/NMS domain.
- Strong understanding of telecom network operations and service assurance.
- Experience working with telecom operators, OEMs, or system integrators.
- Proven expertise in OSS architecture, integration, and transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams and drive architecture decisions.
- Exposure to automation and cloud-native technologies is an advantage.

Education

- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- Telecom certifications will be an added advantage.
