We are hiring experienced Customer Service Associates for a 9 months project. The role involves handling premium inbound customer interactions, ensuring first-contact resolution, recommending needs products, and maintaining strict compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer queries related to international banking products and services
• Provide accurate, prompt, and empathetic customer support
• Achieve first-contact resolution (FCR) across customer interactions
• Identify and recommend value-added banking products based on customer needs
• Adhere to banking regulations, compliance requirements, and quality benchmarks
• Maintain detailed and accurate interaction documentation
• Meet assigned individual KPIs, productivity, and sales targets
• Handle escalations professionally and resolve conflicts effectively

Graduation is must

Candidate with excellent communication in English language can apply
