Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle CPQ solutions, with a robust focus on BML

development.

- Configure and customize Oracle CPQ commerce processes covering:

Product selection

Quoting

Pricing

Approvals

Validations

Transaction workflows

- Translate functional and business requirements into technical designs, BML scripts,

business rules, and CPQ configurations.

- Develop and maintain pricing calculations, validations, commerce rules, and workflow

logic.

- Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues related to BML, pricing

calculations, commerce rules, and quote workflows.

- Perform unit testing and support integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain appropriate implementation records.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, integration teams, QA teams,

and delivery stakeholders.

- Follow established coding, security, release, testing, and change-management

standards.

- Deliver assigned development activities within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Oracle CPQ

- Hands-on development experience with Oracle CPQ.
- Strong experience in Oracle CPQ commerce configuration and customization.

BML Development

- Strong and demonstrable proficiency in BigMachines Language (BML).
- Ability to develop, understand, debug,



and optimize complex BML scripts.
- Candidates should be comfortable explaining real-world BML development scenarios

and solutions.

Commerce, Quoting & Pricing

- Strong understanding of end-to-end quoting and pricing processes.
- Experience with:

Business rules

Pricing calculations

Validations

Discounts and exceptions

Approval workflows

Quote transactions

Technical Delivery

- Ability to convert business requirements into production-ready technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and independent debugging capabilities.
- Experience working on enterprise CPQ implementations or enhancements.

Communication & Collaboration

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly.
- Comfortable collaborating with distributed business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of web services and APIs.

CPQ administration

- Experience supporting complex enterprise implementations, production operations,

releases, and enhancements.
