Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the financial performance of the company by overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and working capital management.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective treasury management strategies to optimize returns on investments.
Job Requirements :
- 10-18 years of experience in finance controllership or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of financial reporting, financial consolidation, revenue assurance, statutory audit, taxation (direct & indirect), and internal control.
- Proven track record in managing complex financial transactions such as mergers & acquisitions.
