- To take care of Company legal matters in various courts in India.
- To conduct domestic inquiries, drafting and issuing legal notices.
- Preparation petitions, tracking the case hearing dates and coordination with external advocates.
- Maintain all the Land records.
- Prepare MIS of pending cases, suggest way forward
- Out of court settlements of disputes as far as possible
- Filing appeals in higher courts when required.
- Any other specific assignments are subjected to change or modification
