Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Head / Category Head to lead and grow a fast-growing Liver Health business.

The person will be responsible for end-to-end business growth, P&L;, customer acquisition, product strategy, channel expansion and team building.

The key objective is to scale the business from 50 Cr to 500 Cr and build a strong Liver Health category.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall business strategy and P&L;.
- Drive revenue and profitable business growth.
- Develop strategies for D2C, Ecommerce, marketplaces and offline channels.
- Improve customer acquisition, retention, repeat purchase and LTV.
- Identify new consumer segments and growth opportunities.
- Build and execute the product and innovation roadmap.
- Develop new channels including healthcare professionals, pharmacy and international markets.
- Strengthen brand positioning and consumer understanding of Liver Health.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, bundling and portfolio expansion.




- Track key business metrics such as Revenue, CAC, AOV, LTV, Repeat Rate and Contribution Margin.
- Build and lead the team required to scale the business.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, R&D;, Sales, Ecommerce, CRM and Supply Chain teams.

Ideal Candidate

- 8 - 15+ years of experience in Nutraceuticals, Wellness, FMCG, D2C, Beauty or Consumer Healthcare.
- Solid experience in P&L; and business ownership.
- Proven experience in scaling a consumer business/category.
- Strong understanding of D2C, Ecommerce and Omnichannel business.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience in customer acquisition, retention and growth.
- Good understanding of product innovation and category building.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial and high ownership mindset.
