Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead consulting engagements within the Commercial & Solution Analytics practice, with a focus on Engineering Services. The role involves solution design, deal pricing, commercial strategy, client advisory, business development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting and advisory engagements.
- Develop pricing strategies, commercial models, and solution frameworks for engineering services deals.
- Conduct market benchmarking, commercial assessments, contract reviews, and ROI analysis.
- Support sourcing, outsourcing, and vendor management initiatives.
- Participate in proposal development, RFP responses, client presentations, and business development activities.
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.
- Create thought leadership, market insights, and consulting assets.
- Mentor and manage a team of analysts and consultants.
