Job Title : Customer Service Associate - Semi voice support / Voice support executive
Responsibilities :
- Answer customer calls and provide support.
- Listen carefully and solve customer problems.
- Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
- Keep customer records and update information accurately.
- Report common customer issues and suggest improvements.
Package offered : 27,000Ctc.. 21,700 Take home (based on the experience)
Languages :
Freshers : Hindi
Experienced : Hindi,Malayalam,Tamil,Telugu
Freshers are eligible only for Hindi +English
Work location : Bangalore (Marathalli)
6 days working 1 day rotational week off
