Roles and Responsibilities

Business and Platform Operations

- Coordinate with Coitonics external technology, platform, and business partners.
- Act as a central point of contact between external partners and internal teams.
- Understand requirements, changes, issues, opportunities, dependencies, and their business impact.
- Maintain visibility on ongoing requirements, issues, projects, and partner activities, and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure important requirements and updates reach the right internal teams with clear ownership and timelines.

Problem Solving and Solution Finding

- A key responsibility of this role is to find solutions, not just identify problems.
- Investigate operational, technical, and business issues independently and understand the complete process in which an issue occurs.
- Identify likely root causes, impacts, bottlenecks, and dependencies; research possible solutions before escalating.
- Discuss options with Tech, Product, Operations, and external partners, and recommend the most practical approach.
- Look for ways to make processes simpler, faster, more reliable, and scalable.
- Follow a solution through implementation, testing, validation, and final closure.

Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency

- Continuously identify complicated, slow, manual, or repetitive processes and propose improvements.
- Create or improve workflows and SOPs in collaboration with the relevant teams.
- Identify automation opportunities using technology or AI and help measure whether improvements deliver results.
- Analyze recurring issues and help prevent them from happening again as the business scales.

Issue Investigation and Platform Coordination

- Understand the basic nature of operational, platform, and technical issues before involving the appropriate team.
- Develop a practical basic understanding of platforms, integrations, data flow, and error messages - enough to ask the right questions and coordinate effectively, without needing to be a developer.
- Collect relevant screenshots, details, examples, transaction references,



and other information needed to help the right team diagnose an issue.
- Work with internal teams and external platform partners to understand the root cause, coordinate the solution, and confirm that the flow is working smoothly after a fix.
- Document issues, solutions, and learnings for future reference.

Growth and Chance Identification

- Identify opportunities within existing platform partnerships, integrations, data, and workflows.
- Research new use cases, capabilities, features, or integrations that can create business value.
- Use operational and business data to identify trends, gaps, customer engagement opportunities, conversion opportunities, or efficiency gains.
- Bring relevant ideas to Growth, Product, Operations, and Tech teams, and support evaluation and execution.

Analytics and AI

- Track important operational and business metrics, investigate unusual patterns, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Create simple reports or dashboards when required and support business decisions with data rather than assumptions.
- Use AI tools for research, analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and process improvement.
- Identify repetitive workflows that may be automated through AI or technology.

Cross Functional Coordination and End to End Ownership

- Work closely with Tech / Engineering, Product, Operations, Growth / Marketing, Customer Support, and external platform and technology partners.
- Take ownership of important requirements and issues from initial understanding through investigation, coordination, implementation, testing, confirmation, documentation, and closure.
- Maintain clear trackers for owners,



priority, status, dependencies, decisions, timelines, and next steps.
- Escalate appropriately when a decision, priority resolution, commercial discussion, or senior stakeholder intervention is required.

Communication Skills

- Communication is a core requirement of this role. The Associate must keep internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders aligned by making requirements, issues, ownership, and next steps clear.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional, clear, and structured approach.
- Communicate requirements, changes, dependencies, issues, and updates in a concise way that is easy for each audience to understand.
- Write professional emails, messages, meeting notes, status updates, and follow-ups with clear context, owners, actions, and timelines.
- Translate technical issues into simple business language for non-technical stakeholders, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable language for technical teams.
- Ask precise questions, actively listen, clarify requirements, and surface assumptions early.
- Follow up professionally and persistently until a response, decision, or resolution is achieved.
- Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders during escalations, presenting the issue, impact, current status, options, recommendation, and required decision.
- Avoid ambiguity by confirming ownership, due dates, dependencies, decisions, and next steps after discussions
