* Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
* Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
* Handle client meetings and maintain customer relationships.
* Monitor daily sales, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
* Train and guide Sales Executives/TL.
* Coordinate with RM, Telecalling, and other departments.
* Prepare daily/monthly sales reports.
* Ensure company policies and sales procedures are followed.
