What we're looking for:
3+ years in social media strategy, content strategy or brand planning
A track record of social strategies that produced measurable results, with the numbers to show it
Robust grasp of audience research, competitor analysis and platform trends
Ability to turn a business objective into a content plan a team can actually execute
Confident presenting strategy to clients and defending the thinking behind it
Comfortable working alongside design, video and paid media. Strategy here is not a deck you hand over
