*Sourcing & screening of resumes through various sources - Job Portals, Employee referrals,Internal Databank & Recruitment agencies.
*Responsible for preparing job post, posting jobs on various job portals.
*Source and screen qualified candidates for various positions.
*Matching the expectations of both candidate and organization.
*Conducted telephone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate's technical abilities, professionalism and communication skills, which ensured the presentation of well-rounded qualified candidate.
*Prepare a detailed summary of each short listed candidate comprising of their biographical data, career and remuneration.
*Interacting with HR professionals across the Industry.
*Follow-up with the client for conducting the interviews & Final results of Interviews
