We are looking for a DOJO / Training Representative with 4-7 years of experience in the Automotive / Manufacturing industry to join our team at Manesar.

Location: Manesar, Haryana
Qualification: Full-Time MBA (Mandatory) / Full time MSW
Experience: 4-7 Years

Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead and implement DOJO 2.0 initiatives across manufacturing operations.
2.Conduct DOJO training programs for new hires and existing employees.
3. Facilitate shopfloor, technical, behavioral, and functional training sessions.
4. Drive VSA (Value Stream Analysis) Training and awareness programs.
5.Support and participate in IATF 16949 audits and ensure training compliance.
6.Develop training SOPs, competency matrices, training modules, and learning content.
7.Maintain training records, skill assessments, and audit-ready documentation.
8.Utilize AI tools for creating, modifying, and enhancing training content.
9.Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback analysis, and MIS reports.




10.Coordinate monthly and annual Training Calendar activities.
11.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and capability development.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
*Full-Time MBA is Mandatory
*4-6 years of experience in Automotive / Auto Component Manufacturing Industry
*Hands-on experience in DOJO 2.0 implementation and management
*Strong exposure to VSA, IATF 16949, Skill Development, and Training Systems
*Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills
*Knowledge of AI-based content creation tools will be an added advantage
