We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to oversee and coordinate social media marketing activities across our franchise network. The role involves working closely with franchise partners, ensuring timely content execution, maintaining brand consistency, and providing creative direction for social media campaigns. This opportunity will provide a platform to work with the World’s No. 1 Airhostess Training Institute, Frankfinn.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibility Areas

- Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners regarding social media and marketing activities.
- Monitor franchise social media pages to maintain brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.

- Plan and coordinate content calendars for multiple franchise locations.
- Ensure regular posting and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Track content performance and share periodic reports and recommendations.

- Review creatives to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Suggest creative concepts, content ideas, and social media trends to improve engagement.




- Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, influencer collaborations, and local marketing initiatives when required.

- Maintain and update marketing assets, templates, and creative guidelines.

Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English & content writing
- Analytical bent of mind
- Good knowledge of Social Media platforms & interest in content creation
- Must be self-driven and creative
- Hands on experience with social analytics and social media management tools like Social Pilot, Hootsuite etc
- Basic understanding of graphic design, video content, and creative production.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media trends.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

Qualification

- Full time graduation from a reputed institution
- A degree in digital marketing, social media marketing/branding/designing is preferable
- Experience in graphic design
- Experience in the education industry would be an added advantage
