Role & responsibilities

To develop and optimize NC programs for complex aerospace components using Siemens NX CAD/CAM, ensuring high machining productivity, process standardization, zero-defect manufacturing, and on-time delivery of programs for new product development.

- Strong hands-on experience in Siemens NX / UG NX CAD-CAM.
- Robust knowledge of NC/CNC programming and machining processes.
- Experience in machining aerospace engine components or high-precision aerospace parts preferred.
- Hands-on experience with 5-Axis machining.
- Experience in Mill-Turn / Turn-Mill programming preferred.
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens CNC controls.
- Experience with Vericut CNC simulation.
- Knowledge of post-processing and post-processor development/modification.
- Good understanding of cutting tools, machining parameters and tooling strategies.




- Knowledge of machining materials such as Aluminium, Titanium, Inconel, Stainless Steel and other aerospace alloys will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of machining process planning and cycle-time optimization.
- Understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of zero-defect methodology, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
