- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open roles.

Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in sales recruiting or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical sales positions.
- Solid understanding of the IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
