About the RolePinkcity Fincap (P) Limited is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property business in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Generate business through direct and channel sales.
- Manage and develop DSA, connector and other business relationships.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Guide and support sales team members in achieving targets.
- Monitor leads, applications, sanctions and disbursements.
- Conduct regular market visits and develop new sourcing channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Experience in Home Loan, LAP, secured loans, Banking or NBFC preferred.
- Solid team handling and sales management skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach.
